Vikram, dressed in his usual white clothes for archery practice, drew back his bowstring and released an arrow. For the sixth time in a row, it missed its mark. Frustrated, Vikram yanked the bow from his shoulder and hurled it to the ground. He ran a hand through his shoulder-length hair, ruffling it in agitation. The recent argument with his mother and the fact that he now had a wife made it impossible to concentrate.
